Welcome to our lovely holiday home by the sea.
We are in a beautiful location between Great Yarmouth & Lowestoft on an all action Park Holidays park which provides great entertainment and facilities for children and adults alike. On site we have a Restaurant, Clubhouse and Bar where there is entertainment every night plus Bingo, Amusement Arcade, Mini Mart Shop, All Weather Sports Pitch, Tennis Court, Dino Golf, Adventure Playground, Indoor swimming pool and the opportunity to try your hand at the Climbing wall, Segways,or to explore the site on a Quad pedal bike

Broadland Sands is situated between Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft, the perfect location for your holiday, and right on the border between Norfolk and Suffolk. Situated on the beautiful east coast, you are in the perfect spot to do some exploring in both counties. We are ideally located to explore the local area which boasts many attractions from Pleasurewood Hills, which is only 2 miles away, to the Norfolk Broads where you can hire a day boat to drive yourself or enjoy one of the many organised boat excursions.

About our holiday Home

Our lovely caravan is modern, double-glazed, centrally heated, well-equipped and located close to the seafront.
The kitchen has a full sized cooker with extractor hood, integrated fridge freezer, Microwave and everything you would need, including a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine (please bring your favourite Pods)
The lounge is open plan with ample seating and a double sofa bed.
There is a large Smart TV and a cosy log effect electric fire
Patio doors open onto a fully furnished deck area which has partial sea views.
The Master bedroom has a king sized bed, double wardrobes, a dressing table with mirror and stool, USB socket, smart TV and an En-suite toilet.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed, wardrobe, USB socket & smart TV.
There is a family shower room with a toilet, washbasin, shower and storage.

Just got back from a lovely stay at Tina's caravan. We had a wonderful weekend. The caravan was absolutely fantastic. There was everything we needed plus more. It was spotlessly clean. The beds were the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Bedding was super soft and Tina and her husband were so helpful. Would love to stay again. We have just got back from our holiday at Broadland sands. Lovely caravan on a lovely part of the site, we loved the personal touches of our welcome note and the hamper full of handy goodies for not us and the kids but the dogs too. The Caravan was lovely and clean and has everything you need. it is a great base for days out in Norfolk and Suffolk. The site has everything you need to entertain the children from a park, pool, clubhouse, arcade and activities you can do from kart hire to various art activities. Tina and Calvin were so helpful. Wow wow wow, what can I say, I would love to give a negative review purely for selfish reasons, so this fabulous holiday home is not constantly booked, but I really have to say I have never slept so well and been so comfortable and relaxed as I have been in this amazing holiday home, it's really not a caravan it's so much more. Already booked for 2 weeks next summer. Thank you Tina and Calvin for a fabulous stay, if it wasn't already booked out I would still be there.

Delighted to walk into one of the cleanest caravans we have ever hired! Prompt and efficient communication with the owner, very accommodating. Easy access and directions. Situated in a lovely part of the Park, easy access to the amenities and didn’t feel overcrowded. Just a short walk to watch the sea, although there isn’t beach access due to cliff erosion. Thoughtful hamper and welcome note on arrival, which was a lovely start to the day! Would highly recommend and we really enjoyed our stay.

Having stayed for a long weekend, this accommodation was extremely clean and nothing but immaculate. Being a dog friendly accommodation we were concerned it may smell like previous caravans had when dogs are welcome but we shouldn’t have worried, it smelt fresh and clean from the moment we walked into the van. The welcome basket was a lovely surprise and even a welcome board with our names, which was a lovely touch. Tina the owner was so pleasant and extremely helpful upon booking, answering all our questions and even suggested nice places to visit and eat. The van is in a fantastic location near the sea and a short walk from the facilities. Tina was great with communication and responded quickly to our enquiry. When we arrived the welcome hamper was a lovely surprise - even treats for the dog. The caravan was spotlessly clean modern and well equipped. We loved sitting out on the decking in the afternoon with a glass of wine before going to the park complex for the evening entertainment. There was loads to do in the local area , great pubs and restaurants. We will definitely be staying here again hopefully for longer next time
